We first need to connect with ourselves, before we can truly connect with others.
Introducing our Reconnect to Self: Individual Retreats
Are you the type of person who puts the needs of others before your own?
Do you feel like you can’t find time for yourself?
Do you feel like you are being pulled in a million different directions?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this retreat is suited to you.
My mission
Over the years I have found that people generally do not know how to look after themselves. I’m not talking about the basic needs of life, but rather in knowing how to truly nurture themselves.
They are often looking outside of themselves for contentment, for peace, for love. But not finding that within.
We are all unique for a reason and once we stop comparing ourselves to others we can see how truly special we are. We can see that we have our own inner knowledge and innate wisdom that is unique to us.
Our Reconnect-to-Self retreat provides you the opportunity to connect back with yourself and rediscover what ultimately brings you joy.

FounderAfter so many years of working with individuals and couples, one common theme has always stood out to me - and that is how important it is that we love ourselves.
When we don’t look after ourselves emotionally, physically and spiritually, we often seek this from others. If we don’t get these needs met we often feel empty.
I believe we are all responsible for loving ourselves and keeping our energy and vibration high. There are so many distractions in life that pull us out of our centre. It is our responsibility to cultivate practices that return us to ourselves, our wisdom, our calm and our peace.
I want these retreats to give people the opportunity to reconnect with themselves, to nature and to others.

Co-FounderScott is a filmmaker. However his story is slightly different from most. He only started making films at the age of 40.
In the 5 years since he started, Scott’s rise in the Perth film industry has been nothing short of inspirational.
And it is not just the awards that he has won that has grown his reputation. Rather it is the raw passion, determination and vulnerability that he has shown along the way that have led him to where he is today. A well known, well loved story teller who enjoys nothing more than connecting with genuine people.
"I just felt like I was in a rut!"
As a single mum Ashleigh was stressed from the pressures of work and caring for her daughter.
Our retreat helped her take time out, reconnect with herself and have the time and space to work out how she wanted her life to be moving forward.
"I felt like I was always doing things for everybody else."
As a father, husband and owner of multiple businesses, Gavin felt like he was giving his energy to everybody else and in the process lost the essence of who he is. He was struggling to find joy in the world and felt like he needed a reset.
